Teach a Kid to FishSummer Supplies Drive to Get Kids Moving!
We at Neat Repeatz are hoping for YOUR help to support Teach a Kid to Fish, a nonprofit working to end childhood obesity and the health issues that go along with it. By advocating with doctors, schools and families, Teach a Kid to Fish is energizing the movement to prevent childhood obesity.
Help us collect supplies to help kids eat healthier and get moving! The items will be donated to Teach a Kid to Fish who will distribute through local schools and community groups. Donations of supplies will be collected during the Spring Neat Repeatz Children’s Consignment Sale. (Donations accepted during check-in and pre-sale too!) They can use – and will appreciate – the following:
- New or gently -used kids sporting equipment (jump ropes, balls, etc.)
· Children’s sunscreen
· Bottled water
· Single-serving canned fruit (no added sugar)
· Fresh apples
· Pedometers
· Yoga mats
You can easily participate by adding a financial donation to your total during check-out when you shop Neat Repeatz. We will match your financial donation which will go to Teach a Kid to Fish! For more information on Teach a Kid to Fish, visit www.teachakidtofish.org.
