Here is a list of supplies you will need to get your items ready.
· Wire Hangers (We will not accept any items on plastic hangers; they do not slide along the bars as easily).
· Safety Pins 1’’ or larger (Used to pin some clothing items to the hanger and to pin on the tags).
· Cardstock or 3x5 Index Cards (We will not accept any tags printed on regular paper, it tears too easily).
· Ziploc bags (Used to secure small loose pieces and packaging small baby items).
· Clear Packaging Tape (Used to secure tags to non-hanging items, such as toys).
· Paper Punch (Not required, but very helpful to punch holes in the tags).
We want to make consigning easy, so 6 volunteers will be providing supply locations throughout the city where you can pick up some of the necessities at the lowest prices we can find.
You may choose to get your supplies elsewhere – just be sure they meet our requirements. If the wrong tagging materials are used, your items will not be accepted.

How it Works!
At each location, you will find a large YELLOW plastic tote. Inside the tote, you will find a notebook, hangers, safety pins and cardstock.
1. Open the notebook and write down your name and consignor number. If you have forgotten your consignor number, please make sure you write your name legibly and I will look it up.
2. Mark the quantity of items you take.
That’s it! The amount will be deducted from your net earnings after the sale. Please do not leave money in the box.
**Please DO NOT Knock or Ring the Doorbell at these locations. These volunteers have graciously allowed us to use their front porch, so I ask you not to bother them. Other Sources for Supplies:
· Dry Cleaners sometimes give away extra hangers, start collecting them early. Also, remember to save all the hangers from the items you purchased at the last Neat Repeatz Sale.
· Sam’ Club/ Wal-Mart have good prices on safety pins, packaging tape and cardstock.
· Office Supply Stores also have cardstock and packaging tape, watch for sales because they can be pricey.
You may also choose to send your tags to Kinko’s at 48th and Old Cheney to be printed. The cost is $.20/page on cardstock. There will be 4 tags on each page. To do this, after you hit the print button on your item list, simply select the tags you want printed and hit the send to Kinko’s button.
